Entrepreneurs’ story – Rachel Brookes – Bounce Network

Meet Rachel Brookes, a successful entrepreneur who found a business opportunity that makes her 6 figures, whilst working from home, and supported by a team….The ‘entrepreneur of our times’ Rachel took on a no risk approach to building extra income for her and her family and is now supporting others, educating people, and helping other parents build up a good income from working part time around their kids.

Rachel Brookes, 34, from the Midlands, is a successful entrepreneur who is using her skills in her role as Network Development Manager for Bounce Network to empower other parents to create a better work and family life balance.

Rachel first came across a work from home business in a box, from a network marketing company and thought, ‘what have I got to lose!’ – this was the moment that was set to change her family’s life as over the next few years this entrepreneurial venture paid off and Rachel was able to pay over £60k of debt.

Financially back in control, she decided to leave this business, as with the debt paid off – Rachel felt her job was done, however just a few months later, her husband was made redundant from a career he had had for 15 years and the fear set in again, she thought ‘we can’t go back to that amount of debt again… I need to look for work and my friend contacted me about another opportunity.’
Rachel’s friend’s friend had tragically passed away in an accident, she had had life insurance and this made my group of friends think more about preparing more for the future. My friend Googled where she could get some insurance, and she discovered Bounce and couldn’t stop telling Rachel about this great company she had stumbled across.  Rachel said: “I’d always had life insurance, it was a prioritised payment when we were struggling as I thought we couldn’t afford to live then, losing one of us would have made that worse! So, I decided to get involved in Bounce and became a Bouncer.

Bounce is a successful insurance referral network that is providing work from home opportunities to individuals all over the UK. Rachel continues; “This gave me a full time income in month 1 and has grown steadily since, and in this role I can tap into my desire to support others, educate people, and help others build up a good income from working part time around their kids.”

Now a key member of the management team at Bounce Network delivering training, motivation and inspiration for 10 to 10,000 people across the UK – Rachel is also helping with the global expansion of the business, as she values the impact it makes in more ways than one.

“My role as Network Development Manager for Bounce Network is to empower other parents to create a better work and family life balance.  I have launched a support community for our 5000  Bouncers. I’ve made friends for life and I would be truly lost without it all! I lift them up when their days are tough, and they lift me up when my days are tough. I help them grow when they feel like they have nothing to give. Doing these things gets me through my tough days too and helps me grow massively!”

“I love how my job doesn’t only help people get protected in terms of insurance but also how the network helps people turn their lives around financially, just like I did.”

“Bounce has enabled me to serve my purpose to continue living debt free, to help others, to work for a company that has the same values as me and that has enabled me to be Mum to my 3 young children. It gives me freedom, control and flexibility as well as one of the biggest balls of fire in my belly that I’ve ever known.”
